He had no sin – Verse of the day – Day 52
God said we can be righteous through Jesus Christ for he had no sin so I want to let him work righteous in me one day at a time as I give thanks everyday. Although I have sin living in me it is Christ Jesus that lives in me as well and I want to be like Jesus Christ not my sinful ways. Because of what he did for me I press forward with faith alone for it is impossible to please God without faith.
I had nothing to do with the regeneration of my spirit. It was the Love of God that allowed me to come to him through his atoning work which he had planned long before I was born and even before time began.
Let me reflect today on the righteousness of Christ so that I will have hope in an eternal life with the creator of Heaven and Earth and all of the universe. What an awesome thought.

Psalm for my day – Psalm 92:9-15
9 For, lo, thine enemies, O Lord, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
10 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
11 Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.
12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
15 To shew that the Lord is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
Verse of the day – 2 Cor 5:21 (He had no sin)
God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Quote for my day:
One great power of sin is that it blinds men so that they do not recognize its true character.
