In the path of your judgments, O Lord, we wait for you; your name and remembrance are the desire of our soul.
I will look to the day we shall be like him on high. We will stand before him and he shall be our king forever in eternity. It is our desire to be like him and we strive everyday to be more and more like him in spirit and in truth.
Your corrections keep us on a path towards you. We listen to your ways o’lord and we give thanks that we have a savior that teaches and guides us in to his Love and understanding.
Today I will meditate upon these verses:
“[a]The Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; This is my God, and I will praise Him; My father’s God, and I will extol Him.
The only thing he asks of us is to believe upon his name and surrender. I will praise him always.
“Who is like You among the gods, O Lord? Who is like You, majestic in holiness, Awesome in praises, working wonders?
King David asked this question over and over. Who is like you? God is an amazing presence and nothing can compare to his power.
He is your praise and He is your God, who has done these great and awesome things for you which your eyes have seen.
We see his work in everything we do and in everything we see. There is evidence of his work everywhere we look.
2 Samuel 22:4
“I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, And I am saved from my enemies.
God keeps us safe and sound. All we have to do is keep his commandments.
1 Chronicles 16:34-36
O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; For His lovingkindness is everlasting. Then say, “Save us, O God of our salvation,
And gather us and deliver us from the nations, To give thanks to Your holy name, And [a]glory in Your praise.” Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel,
From everlasting even to everlasting. Then all the people said, “Amen,” and praised the Lord.
Dear Father as I was looking to your word today the verses from 1 Chronicles 16:34-36 are just amazing and powerful.
I shall sit still in your presence and keep these verses on my mind all day. Your love is worthy to be praised and honored.
