Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!
For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.
Today as I go to God’s house of worship let me bring this verse with me. Let me give God all praise and glory due to him for what he has done in my life today.
Today I want to meditate upon these scriptures before worship service.
Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
I can rest assuredly that God’s love will endure to the end and all generations shall see God.
And those twelve stones, which they took out of Jordan, did Joshua pitch in Gilgal. And he spake unto the children of Israel, saying, When your children shall ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean these stones? Then ye shall let your children know, saying, Israel came over this Jordan on dry land. For the LORD your God dried up the waters of Jordan from before you, until ye were passed over, as the LORD your God did to the Red sea, which he dried up from before us, until we were gone over: That all the people of the earth might know the hand of the LORD, that it is mighty: that ye might fear the LORD your God for ever.
Let me fear him all the days of my life and lift his name up on high.
2 Timothy 2:13
If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.
God knows my sin and knows me inside out. I am thankful for his grace.
2 Thessalonians 3:3
But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep [you] from evil.
It is God that shall keep me safe from all evil.
1 Corinthians 1:9
God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
So today as I worship you name let me know that you are a God that can not lie. Your faithfulness is always here and your grace abounds in me.
